One click, one private channel
Members click the panel button and Rainbow creates a channel hidden from the rest of the server. One active ticket per member: if they try again, they get a link to their existing ticket instead of a duplicate.
Five staff actions, closures logged
Close, delete, archive, claim, lock: buttons reserved for your support team. Every closure is recorded in your moderation channel, with the creator and the message count.
Transcripts kept for one year
On close, an HTML transcript covering up to the last 100 messages is archived, then deleted automatically one year later. GDPR retention is handled for you, with nothing to configure.
